for us crossdreamers the deconstruction of the self has lotsa significance. 

we needn't think of ourselves as how we appear to others in rl. don't introject the outer self. the inner self is a whole glorious universe unto itself!

free your perception of your inner self from your received perception of your outer self!

ooh, this is where gender comes into it, doesn't it, girlz!?

your inner self has no body, it isn't really like an outer self. but you can't help but anthropomorhize it, picture it like an outer self!

this is where freedom comes in. you don't have to picture your inner self as looking like your outer self!

you know where this is leading, don't you, girlz...

yet...and yet, and yet, and yet...

for me as a crossdreamer it's not exactly a matter of choosing whatever inner self i like.

what makes me crossdream? the part of me that makes me crossdream is part of me, deep within me, like it or not. lets anthropomorphize that part, shall we? and then identify with her! we have that freedom, the sheer fucking right, not to just be stuck with a received notion of who our selves are.

it's not quite who you wanna be, it's the who within you that makes you wanna be who you wanna be, that's the who you are that matters. right here at least. xxx
